At the proposal of the Association for Culture and Literature, the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Agency is organizing a trade mission to participate in the International Children’s Book Fair in Bologna, March 31–April 3, 2025.
Applicants must be Bulgarian publishers. The BSMEPA will fully or partially cover the costs of one representative of a qualified enterprise for participation in the Bologna Book Fair, including:
• travel expenses (plane, train, bus);
• transfers and internal transport;
• hotel accommodation;
• entrance fees for attending conferences/networking events, and other expenses related to the main purpose of the trade mission, in accordance with the specified conditions for the number of participations in events organized by BSMEPA.
The right to participate is granted to the representative of the enterprise who is entered in the Commercial Register or a designated person from the relevant enterprise, a candidate appointed under an employment contract, confirmed by the relevant certificate.
BSMEPA will make a contract for participation in the event with the first 15 ranked and approved enterprises.
